Hey Ben, I have noticed that you are using imjur and google as sources for your image post. If I may, I might suggest photobucket.com (or one of the other free image hosts). I like photobucket because it is very easy to use and you only have to click a button to get the part of the code that you need to post to get an image to show up on here.
There are other image hosts, but some don't show up on my computer and other seem to be more difficult to use.
Me, I prefer easy over complex.

Those old instructions are anything but easy!
Imgur is easy to use as is postimage. Frankly, photo bucket has gone way down in user ease, and has lots of drawbacks.
Here's something from postimg.cc, and here's what works with just about any image:
Once your photos are on a photo hosting site (such as Imgur.com; Photobucket; Postimage; Dropbox, etc.), or on virtually any site, select the full image, then Control-click (Mac) or Right-click (Windows) on the image itself, then choose copy image location. Now paste that URL (the full web address, which should end in .jpg) into the IMG box in the reply window of the thread you're posting to.

The above instructions should work for any image on any site. (just make sure it's the full image, not a thumbnail.) Imgur.com is dead easy, it's Google that maybe the snake in the grass.

For some reason, I cannot see any images posted from imjur on my computer, but I can my ipad and phone. I think that some image hosts severely limit the audiences. My $0.02, but I don't see any images.
Postimage is pretty good, but still takes about three more clicks to insert a photo, versus Photobucket, but PB is dead-nuts reliable.

Ah ok. It looks like one he showed me he was sending to Italy. Maybe your pipe was just on the tray. I like seeing his work. It gives me ideas of what I would eventually love to have or just admire what he has done. I could spend hours just staring at Les work.
