Winton, I didn't start a thread "attacking" the MM company at all. I started this thread to see if anyone could offer advice for remedies. As I did google this problem and found no helpful results. And no I didn't contact the vendor because all they would have offered was a replacement, as you see here in this post, which I appreciate but I didn't want to go through all the replacement steps. Hence this thread asking for advice from the helpful folks here. :D
