I do have 60 pipes now, but I keep growing my pipe collection ?Congrats on your new pipe. Maybe you should think about getting a 7 day set. I have 2- 7 day sets. One from Jack Howell and one from Rad Davis. Don't ask me why I just had to get a 7 day set for each of those carvers. I fell in love with their work and then just said to myself, go for it.

500? If you live another 50 years each pipe will only get smoked 36 times! You'll have smoked for a lifetime and won't even have a broken in pipe!
I've actually been looking at the one with the bow tie but the cat's expression doesn't look quite right to me.
I love that idea! I had a kitten who passed away and I want to do the same thing with a custom pipe!
that's a constant with meers. But there is something about the figural animal pipes where it can bring out something more in the carving. I've seen a few before and after pics of dog and cat ones that really took on the proper look after getting some color in them. Like they look great but there isn't a proper contrast until and that's when the carving really pops.
Yes I can't wait to get that color and contrast on mine once I've smoked it more hopefully I can start seeing that
