New Articles in the Home Page Frequency?

I sometimes click on the home page. I seem to see the same articles every time I look. How often do new articles get uploaded?

From my experience, new posts get uploaded immediately upon being posted. Try refreshing the page.

slowly. Like twice a month or so.

If looking for new posts, click on "Forums" in the page's menu bar. New articles are mentioned in the forums when posted- a half dozen a quarter. (?)

The format is much more magazine then blog.
