I've never really smoked, and had no idea pipe tobacco was so nuanced and complex. As with other fermented things, the complexity makes sense in hindsight, but I just had no idea of the richness and depth of pipe tobacco. The contemplative, slow, and peaceful nature of smoking a pipe amazes me as well; I'm really enjoying the experience so far.
