Greetings,
I appreciate everyone's response.
I've lived next to him for a couple of years. That's the first time I've ever even talked to him. Hopefully he'll just stay on his side of the fence. I'm going to continue to smoke my pipe in my backyard. I invested the money to make it my own little sanctuary, and I'm not changing.
I BBQ a lot - he's never complained about that type of smoke! :P
