Need some help with my Avatar - see pic of error message

I had uploaded my Avatar just fine awhile back but I decided I wanted to change it.

Both of the pictures I want to use have been sized correctly as per the site Avatar guidelines.
At one point in the process I clicked use Identicon. Bad mistake.
Now However whenever I tried to upload my Avatar the following message appears.
I've read numerous posts but Haven't been able to fix the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's titled Testing the System and right now the system has issues with uploading any pics.

I'm still not able to load my Avatar. It is still giving me the same error.

Could anyone please tell me if the system is still acting up?

It must still be messed up, because I can't post an avatar, either.
Anyone have an idea of when the issue may be resolved? I have a cool pic I'd like to use....

I sent Kevin a PM and he kindly sorted it out for me. I have no idea what the issue was but it is fine now.
