I was looking to get an antique pipe stand and found one going up at an auction on Nantucket. No on e else bid on it, so now it’s mine. As a bonus it came with three pipe, a Bari, a Kensington, and an Albertson. I know nothing above these pipes or the condition they are in. I assume I can clean them up. Photos attached, but show little of the pipes. Would appreciate any information from the pros here about the pipes.

Bari Pipes founded in 1950 by Viggo Nielsen. Machine made and hand finished. Danish.
P&C used to sell Kensington pipes. Machine made. Medico also made a Kensington pipes.
Albertson pipes were made by Hillen, of Hilson fame. They were named for Albert Hillen, son of the brand founder. No longer made.

Nice stand, and they look like nice pipes. Three nice shapes, a Billiard,, a small long stemmed Apple, and a Saddle Billiard, what's not to like!

Any Country of Manufature (COM) marking on the Kensington?

My late wife's aunt gave me a Bari for Christmas in the late 1970's and I am still enjoying it. The brand is discontinued, but the smooth briar on this bent billiard looks almost new. I have burrowed a hole in the bottom of the bit, but it still smokes fine. It is a great pipe. That is a handsome pipe stand, a nice catch.

Bari is the best one there. I think you will find it to be a wonderful smoker. Looks to be in good condition.
