Need Help Identifying This Pipe

Earlier this year a friend gifted me a bundle of pipes he got when cleaning out a house and two of them came in one pipe case. One was the Kaywoodie Flame Grain meer I’ve posted a few times in the WAYS thread but the other I have no idea of what I got. The only marking I can see is “Pure Silver” on the band. Any ideas of what I got here?

So, based on some info from a Reddit post I believe I may have solved the mystery. I believe what I have here is an Esterd Pipe by Tsuge and possibly with an ivory stem. I did not pay anything for this pipe and will not be selling it if this truly is the case.
