Need Help: Identify this Freehand!

Can anyone tell me who made this pipe? I've had it for years, and it has NO NOMENCLATURE. I'm hoping someone will recognize the rustication technique? Boswell? It's a beautiful, Big pipe, unsmoked - Need provenance.

difficult to identify a surfaced picture as Raffaello, Tiziano etc etc. So more difficult with a pipe.To my opinion a no name pipe is simply a no name pipe at all.A well known carver always put a brand on the pipes if not there's a reason why don't need to do that.A reason surely good enough
