Need Advice. Anyone Here Push Cows?

So, word went out “they” are looking for extras around here (Ft. Worth) for a western mini-series. They needed people for a civil war scene, train scene, saloon scene, etc. I signed up. I just was notified they want me as a Caucasian cowboy. I’ve ridden horses, but never have driven cattle. Any suggestions?

It's not so bad if you get one that's an automatic instead of a manual. Also, don't forget they're a bit too heavy so keep your foot off the gas and take corners slowly.

Go slow. Don’t push too hard. They will move away from “pressure” (the horse). Not rocket science. I know a lot of 12 year olds that can do it well.
