Need a new site.

I haven't placed an order on pipesandcigars.com for awhile, (shame on me), and went on today only to find that shipping has seemed to go up considerably. My typical order has cost me aprox. $6 to ship and today an order of the same was going to cost me $25. Has anyone else noticed this or am I doing somthin wrong? :?lol.

So I think I need a new site that will ship to canada at reasonable cost and idealy accept paypal. Any suggestions?

I don't know about costs to ship to canada, But $25 seems kinda steep to me.

Maybe check out Smokingpipes.com Or Milan Tobacconists and compare shipping rates

with them. I know they both say they will ship international. Good Luck!

I too like P&C but I don't order from them anymore because of the $25.00 fee to Canada. 4noggins is $15.00, so that's ok, Sterling tobacco is $6.50. Anyway there is 2 that will help you out a bit.

Yeah I've ordered from Milan tobacconists they are a good site. Not sure about shipping, but a quality site.

Awesome, thanks guys! I just checked out a few. Milans is a nice site but they too charge $25 to ship to canada. So far I think I like smoking pipes. Going to check out sterling aswell. It seems hard to find one that takes paypal though. But thats ok I can use credit cards.lol

you are right. that is my mistake. they to seem to be a good site. Have you had any trouble with them? Please forgive my stupidity guys. Just got a little worried on costs there for awhile.lol

West Virginia Smokeshop
My best friend's father swears by this place, particularly in reference to the shipping. I cannot speak from experience, as I've not ordered from there, but a quick peak at their shipping page states that prices are calculated by distance without regard to crossing borders. Might be worth checking out. Then again, maybe not.

They were really good. Did take 2 weeks to arrive here in Nova Scotia Canada. Box was plain and went through custome no prob.

Shipping is expensive through any vendor that you use. A recent increase and seems to affect everyone. Even cigar retailers. Sucks but better than paying full Cdn retail.

4 noggins is a site sponser. They got my order right to me with low shipping rates. I'm not in Canada, but I'd say based on fishers comments they would be the way to go.
