Hi
I have a pipe, i believe to be a meerschaum of some kind, it is very small and has a small horse on all fours, the case is marked H.F.B, any ideas what this is, i can't locate it on the net anywhere.
Thanks

Ok so thats good, but most guys are lazy, me included and won't go over to your album because it is a hassle, so you need to figure out how to post a link in your thread.
Here is a link to an earlier discussion about how to do it.

I don't know about anyone else, but that is one evil looking horse. That thing would scare the hell out of Stephen King.

HFB probably stands for Handcarved From Block. Meers are realy hard to figure out due to the lack of information on the history of meer carvers. Plus very few carvers put markings on the pipe itself.

It's better to NOT know anything about that dread item, but I've said too much already. Take that accursed smoking instrument and cast it into the sea or leave it in a very deep, dark place and forget you ever laid eyes upon it.
