My "Unbranded" Dunhill Score of the Week

Apologies for the crappy pics but it bought this pipe advertised as unbranded for $30 to my door. I saw some of the markings so I had hope but I didn't think it would be an early Dunhill. Better pics coming later I hope but it's a bit over-reamed and the stem has been chewed a little. I'm still chuffed and looking to fix if up and smoke it...and then maybe sell it along if it's not a favorite.

Seems to be an underlined 8 so 1928 is my guess with the Dunhill over London and the patent no.

Since the only numeral that's flat along the bottom is "2", Imma gonna guess the pipe was made in 1932.

I could see the patent number, but couldn't make it out too well, nor could I see a date.

Yeah, me too, now that I blew it up to the size of my desktop screen.

The pic is blurry, I will admit. I have to dig out my good camera for better. The number after the "Made In England" is an underlined 8 when viewed with a loupe.

Edit: Yes, better pics are incoming but I have to get some business done before I'll have time.
