 Outstanding collection Sir

The only collection I've personally seen that could rival it is a friend who is 84 and owned a local Tobacco Shop for many years. I will never get tired of looking at each and every pipe he owns !

Cumberland, do you like collecting pipes? No, you love it. Congrats on a magnificent and I'm sure historical herd of beauties. Mind boggling. :worship:

Have you ever thought of selling them and buying a couple of houses?
That is one impressive collection - congrats!

Fantastic collection my friend! I love the map case idea!

I am absolutely drooling over your Dunhill meer churchwardens, a meer cutty style churchwarden has been my current "grail" pipe for about a year now. I can never seem to find one.

Amazing collection. You could do a whole coffee table book on just the Eltang Snail.

Thanks again, guys!
What made me focus on Dunhill pipes probably was that first Dunhill pipe that my late father gave to me back in 19886...that's when I also started collecting them.
Of course, some of the pipes see less action than others but I'm not just a pipe smoker but also collect pipes so I don't mind that.

I bought 2 steel Blueprint cabinets with 6 drawers each. I use them to place my tobacco tins in for safe keeping.
I store my pipes in wooden display cases. One case is for smokers and the other case is for the new pipes I haven't smoked yet. Those print cabinets are amazing for tins and pipes.
I've got to take some pictures and if I can figure out how to post photo's on here, I'll share my collection. It's nowhere the size of this collection, but it's growing steadily.

I have just one question...what is your current address. That is one hell of a collection, I would venture to guess that has to be up there with some of the worlds finest. Congrats.

WOW

That is quite a sight to behold. I'll have to show this to my wife to make my collection seem like nothing so I can add some more. :D
