Well i refinished my pipe with the bubbled finish with the Paragon wax, and you guys were right it works great here some pictures.

Lol no still my lousy Ipod touch camera lol. And to answer your question Buckeye I applied it with my finger and hand buffed it. The Paragon took a fantastic shine with a very minimal effort. Just gave it a smoke to and no new bubbles, so problem solved. Thank you all kindly for the compliments to, Im very pleased myself with the results.

I play guitar and always have cream of carnauba on hand to polish and preserve the tops, backs and sides of my instruments. I figured, if it's safe and effective for spruce and mahogany, it aught to help my briars as well. It did a beautiful job. The stuff is even more effective on my meerschaum. Just rub it on, let it dry and buff it off. Thanks for the photos, Thomc80.
