Just picked this up today at The Tobacco Shop in Ridgewood NJ. It’s a Sistina Rusticated 6mm. I’m just now smoking my first bowl in it without the filter or insert and I’m really liking it so far. I’m shocked at how cool it smokes. I guess it could be then blend though. That’s new to me also.

Nice looking pipe. ?
Is that a 606?

It’s a 602 and thought anything that’s not a p-lip was a fishtail. I know that most maintain basically the same width from the tenon to the bit and some flare a bit. Is there something else, am I missing something? This pipe stays cooler than my Pete, which has twice the briar.

Mostly English blends. Right now it’s a local shop blend called Huntsman and it’s incredible. About to ash it and put some Virginia flake in it. I was told this pipe and my Peterson are best with English blends. I have no idea if that’s true but the stuff I’ve grown to like over the last two years have mostly turned out to be that.
