After the mailman ruined my day two times ? and sent this pipe back to Brazil twice, this third delivery was a success!

A quite substantial Gustavo Cunha Brindle Billiard.

The teasing delivery just makes it all the better. That is a most elegant and substantial pipe, likely to last a lifetime or two. A fine acquisition.

What happened with the mail?

Twice it got all the way from Brazil to my post office in Ohio, and on the day it was to be delivered, it got sent out to Chicago and was returned to Brazil. Very frustrating! Both times, I called USPS and asked them to please stop the Return To Sender order, but they said that was not possible.

I checked with Gustavo and he even sent me photos of the box and address, and he addressed it correctly. Just to be safe, for this final attempt, I had it shipped to my brother’s house and used DHL. Delivered without issue!

The photo I took somehow made it appear paneled, but it’s a classic round billiard.

There is something to be said about the look of a well-used pipe!
