I like to break in a new pipe with something cool burning so I will start with some Wessex Burley Broad Cut that Roth is sending me.

I am sure the question on everyone mind tonight is how does she smoke? Well I am happy to say she smokes wonderfully. The pipe provides a nice dry smoke and is super light. The Cumberland bit is very comfortable to clinch. it's a keeper!

For now, just Carter Hall and Wessex Burley Broad Cut. I am a firm believer in smoking a cool burning tobacco for the first dozen bowls or so. I don't buy new pipes for English anymore and since VA's burn a bit hotter I want a little bit of cake in my new pipes before I enjoy a nice VA in them.
