That's a nice pipe, and cleaned up well. I have had the vulcanite stems straighten some some due to the heat. There are several postings here related to rebending stems; I have put a pipe cleaner into the bore, lightly heated the stem with a Bic lighter, and bent the thing to the desired shape. Then I quickly quenched it with water. Of course, you would have to repolish afterwards. My favorite old Pete is an XL315 system rustic that I got from eBay years ago, and I love those P-lips. Hope yours gives years of service.
