I'm not sure what Lemoncello is, but our ski club made a great lemon flavored drink using Vodka. We called it Yucca, from the sound of the mixture bouncing off the lid in the gallon jug. I think Everclear would put a serious hurt on everyone involved. Yeah I'd love to try it!

Very nice. I'd give up just about anything to live where I can pick fresh lemons. Anything except my job and house that is.
