Hey this is my first post here. I was wondering if anyone could identify the maker or the date. Thought it was strange that it is threaded instead of corked and the silver has hallmarks.

Thank it’s a pleasure and it’s threaded into the calabash gourd.
The hallmarks look like faux marks. Or the year it was made is pickle spaghetti mayflower.
