Of the pipes you've shown, that Volcano sure looks good. and as someone mentioned, with a bit of work they could all probably restore quite nicely.

I looked at that collection around a month ago. I was a bit suspicious why he was letting it go for so little. When I told him I simply wasn’t confident about the whole collection he confessed I was making the right decision. He said there was an issue with his dog but everything should be fine because most of the jars were sealed. Though there were a couple jars that had a seal breach and were compromised. He threw those jars out, but wasn’t certain the others were 100% un effected. Good thing we pipers like to smell our tobacco before smoking it.
I’m glad someone picked up the collection. Congratulations.
