This is what it looked like when I won it.

The stem was glued in. I had to break it out and drill the tenon.

This is how it turned out. The stem I used is heavy enough it wont sit though.

I really like the grain.

I hate to say it, but I haven't smoked it yet. I had a bowl packed from this morning, figured I would finish it off first.

Red I really like that. It's a nice honest looking pipe; Grain, shape, and all. I like how it subtly curves and flares towards the stem. Keeps it from being too chunky.
