@pipebow: $6 per was about five years ago, so it might be more here now. I was able to order six of them through Majestic Liqours back then. If anyone doesn't know, Dogfish Head is in Delaware, btw.
@sandoval: Like the hoppies, eh? Me, I like a warm, brown nutty ale meself - Belgian ale McChouffe being my all-time favorite, though uncommon in stores. For 'mainstream' beers, regular Boston Lager is pretty good. There's a good story about the founder (Jim Koch?): when the price of hops went way up, he went around to all the local microbreweries and offered them his hops at cost, because he got a volume discount, and because he didn't want to see them fail. I would like to believe that's true.
Hey, let's face it, pretty much all beer is good. If lonestar ever gets that dove hunt organized, I'd gladly drink his Natural Lite with him, and that's not even beer.
There are only two beers I've thrown away: Schlitz Malt Liquor and Michelob Honey Wheat. Tim came out of the store with a 12-pack of Schlitz one time and I told him, I can tell you've never bought Schlitz before. He said, uh oh, and we had to throw it out. Nasty.
