I admit, I always thought they looked cool. Finally, I decided to see how they really sound and needless to say, I was impressed enough to drop the money.

Advice to budding guitar players:
Don't test a Gretsch unless you have $800 dollars to spare.
Don't test any guitar through an all tube amp, either. That will cost you $1,500 dollars.
