That's the Randy Wiley Skater from SP I think. I think it's the bend and stem that throw me off. When it's bent too much, it starts looking more like a pickaxe shape.

I'd contact Jim Brown of Heisenberg Pipes. He's very affordable and makes some real nice shapes. You definitely don't need 500.
