My BM Store is Gone

Sadly a second Stagg Tobacco ( here in Phoenix) shop has closed up. I stopped by today they close the doors for good Next Tuesday. I have been a loyal customer at this Metro site for many years. The Scottsdale store will be the only one left. They had fantastic cigar and pipe deals going on. 50% off. I did pick up a new Peterson System pipe for 60 bucks. Bought a few boxes of cigars and some pipe tobacco. It’s sad . They will be online sales only but free shipping.

They are staying open as far as I know. I don’t believe it was a lack of business. I believe the building they lease in was bought out to make condos and apartments.

Nooooo! I hit up that Stagg a few months ago on the way back from Sedona. It was pretty sad to see the entire rest of the mall completely empty and closed up. The North Scottsdale location is not very convenient for anyone (such as me) driving through town. I'll be ok. Moving to Ohio in a few weeks and I'll be going to Straus now, but still sad to see the only good pipe retailer in AZ closing a second store.

It seems that we will continue to slowly lose our b&m stores until one day they are all gone. Sorry to hear you lost a good one.
