Just thought I'd share a couple of my thrifty pipe purchases...got the Irish Seconds bulldog off of ebay for about 15 dollars, a Royal Comoys Canadian for 20 off of Craigslist, and found a leather two-pipe Decatur Industries pipe rack for 4 bucks at St. Vincent's thrift store this morning.
Our own ejames restored the pipes for me, they were in pretty lousy shape when I picked them up, but they look and smoke great now.
Does anyone have any idea how old the Irish Seconds is? It says "Made in the Republic of Ireland", thanks!

Got to love a bulldog. You got a great deal on the pipes, and ejames did his usual masterful restoration.

Good looking burners, Augaug. Even grunged out it still takes an eye to find the diamond in the rough. And, Ed, of course, did his usual brilliant resto job.
I also like the leather covered pipe holder very much. That was a steal at four bucks, friend.

That's quite the group. Hope they smoke as nice as they look and that stand seems to work perfectly for them. Great buys.
