How does the Tankard smoke? compared to the Belgique, for example ...

it's a great pipe. The tankard smokes the same as the belgique. Jut obviously a bitter bowl. However my tankard gets really hot quickly

Man, I wish Peterson would make the tankard with a fishtail bit. Been wanting to pull the trigger on a pete tankard but they only make them with p-lips.

I tried the draw of a tankard and didnt get it, too hard. They told me it was common with the P-lip.

I have a unsmoked tankard and one close to the system pipe, it not the same.
My said made in the republic of ireland, does anyone know around what age it would be?

I am ashamed to admit it but I Have "adjusted" 3 of my "P" lips to fishtails Just sanded em flat and opened the hole to a slot with a model building chisel.
