I finally did it.After two years of training and busting my butt as an apprentice, I am finally a full fledged and certified Butcher. I know its not that big of a deal but it means a lot to me and now, with a hefty raise heading my way, I will be able to afford the things my Family deserves. :D

Thanks guys. Im nowhere close to becoming a Master Butcher but after two years i still have my fingers so im doing something right. With most Grocery Stores buying frozen packaged meat its becoming a dieing art. I just hope i can keep doing this for many years to come.

On our farm we slaughtered all our on meat. A guy on our street would butcher them for us. The only word I can call it was art. Much respect to you. Great ability to have. Congratulations
