It's really what you like. I don't got out of my way to buy army mounts or spigots.
I buy them if I like the pipe irregardless.

I don't think I'd ever buy a pipe and be concerned with resale value. I like military mount pipes, but only have a couple. As long as it smokes well, that's all that matters to me.

I like a military mount for the durability and convenience of breaking down while hot. I also like the look.

I was trying to make the point that an army mount does not necessarily make a pipe more desirable (to me).
And I won't chase an army mount version or pay a premium to have an army mount.

It has a tad more bling than my conservative tastes would like, but it suits the overall package.
To be honest, the 2nd pipe is more my style. ?
