Of the current production tobacco’s, I would say that Doblone d’Oro is packed with the most flavor for me. I also agree with @cigrmaster short list.

Alkazar by Barclay Rex in NYC is a really good aromatic. I’m still pretty new to this, so I haven’t tried too many blends yet, but I’m really enjoying this one. Best I’ve had so far.

Depends what you mean by most flavourful, best tasting? That's totally subjective. Most intense tasting? There's loads.
Most intense: Motzek Tom's Dark Twist - 1:1 Perique/DFK, about as subtle as a hippo
Tastiest: MacBaren HH Acadian Perique - now it's sold out in smokingpipes.com so it's truly gone - that's just what comes to mind right now, there are hundreds of very tasty blends.

Give RO Fire Storm a try. I get a ton of flavors from it. Accessible and relatively cheap. I’m always looking for this w age on it, but haven’t had much luck.

Off the top of my head, 1792, Ennerdale (some say newer versions are less topped...sad), and 965 with some age and properly aired. Haddo's with age (as was mentioned). Used to love night train but have not had any since C&D changed hands. After market/harder to get...Krumble Kake, and frog on a log ( milder but I love the flavor). Wilderness: almost too rich for me. There's a few.

I'm certain I'm leaving some out.
