It was an early purchase and was just too much mass. It's a big 'ol ball of wood. Well made, I just like a pipe that's more minimalist.
Definitely well made and feels good in hand. The way it rest/hangs is extremely comfortable. They are great pipes, no doubt about it. Mine was an early purchase as well. Like you, I have found smaller more minimalist pipes are more to my liking also. Probably going to put mine up for sale. Excellent pipes it’s just about preference.

The birdseye grain on that smooth one has my attention but the morta one has my curiosity!

Any differences in the smoke between the three?
Just got the Morta but first impression is consistent with the others. Love to clench these pipes they fit perfectly for me. Tend to reach for the sandblast most often.

I bought this one last year from Briarworks. I have the other stem on mine and unfortunately this one doesn’t pass a pipe cleaner. I’ve only smoked it 5-6 times, but Will say it hangs/rest extremely comfortable for me. Think I’ll load it up tonight For a smoke. Congratulations on your new pipe! Hope you’re enjoying it.

I just bought this pipe from DA and it’s everything I was dreaming it would be. It looks, smokes, and feels great clenched.

I mangled the first pipe cleaner I tried to pass through it but was able to get it the second time thanks the tips here.

Glad I finally got one of these cannonballs. I’d love to get more but I don't think am any threat to dethroning @eljimmy as the Cannonball King.

Anyone else bought new cannonballs?
