Just got some from a B&M that was in a town I was visiting. I was going to wait to open it until I was ready to smoke it in a few months but it sounds like opening it now won't have any adverse effects.
I recently got some - and yes, it's wet. I tried drying it, and it become less wet. I prefer crispy dry tobacco (don't judge me - I'm weird) and I was hesitant about this blend. I loaded up a cob and got the snap-crackle-pop upon lighting. For a moment there, I thought my cob was making pop corn.
It has a light taste (to me), but the wife loved the room note. This is a good blend to assuage SWMBO when she complains about the latakia campfires!
