Hey guys!
So recently, a few weeks ago I bought 250g of Turkish tobacco from some local farmers in Albanian areas of the Balkans,

WHen I opened it from the paper package, the top layer of the tobacco was more white-ish, while the inner part is more dark (normal looking) and humid. I searched for some topics in these forums to find a similar situation, though for me, as an amateur it is hard to recognise :) any hints?
Thank you Very MUCH!

Ari!

Looking at the third photo it looks like the white dots are suspended over the tobacco.....looks like mold to me.

You'll know after the first bowl you smoke if it's mold or bloom, but I would gesture to say it looks more like mold to me. Still a great story though.

It's Mold. If you really really really want to smoke it spray some hydrogen peroxide on it, let it dry and smoke. Personally I'd burn it... and not in your pipe!
