Moisture Residue

I have a K&P Petersons meerschaum that after fifteen years is now leaving bowl moisture which I find after emptying the ash. I've cleaned it thoroughly but to no avail. Now I am reduced to drying the bowl before putting it away for its usual three or four day rest. This is definitely hurting our relationship, which I am afraid will be irrevocably shattered unless someone can offer a solution.

Pics would be nice. Its 15 years old and the moisture is just now being left behind in the bowl? That is weird. Normaly when I smoked a meer that never happened.
