As Booker confirmed, you can purchase extra button/stem sets directly from MM for $3/set. FYI, you can also request for the stem not to be glued into the button for the extra sets. I am planning to use a Forever stem in mine.
Just ordered a few of the button stems, and an unfinished General, and Marilyn said they already have plans in the works for a 2016 limited pipe. She noted that it would be similar to the reverse calabash, but there would be differences. Can't wait!
booker, it looks like the 2016 one is made backwards, that is to say the bowl became the Calabash end and the Calabash end from 2015 became the bowl, will hold less tobacco that's for sure.
banjo
p.s. Pretty wild they ended up making 222 of the 2015 Limited Edition, with 3 different finishes one of them had to be the most, my dark one is smoking grand.
I managed to pick up one direct from MM. I wish I could have ordered several. I did order an extra button/stem part. They are still selling them at $3 each.
 Yup, this is great! If you like the large cob bowl, try out a general. Around the same size bowl with a long shank. No scorching on my wasp's rim, and that was my biggest fear about smoking it. Learning to light meers without scorching them has paid off with this pipe!
Love my calibi, smoke dry and cool.. keul. The generals are great, just a tad heavy for my dentures, the great danes (spool/spindle) are almost as big and not as heavy.
Booker, the button fits the bowl, smoke that 2016, reverse smoke a reverse cali..
Relaxing with some Vintage Syrian in, what else, a Calabash.
#195 and #198 two-tones have landed from SPC. One came with a black stem and the other with an amber stem. The boxes these pipes can in were huge!
Cannot wait for #18 and #31 natties to arrive in the next day or so. Forever nosewarmer stems will be going onto these pipes. Chris Morgan really outdid himself on these CornWasps.
