Yep. Fenway has some of the highest ticket prices in all of baseball. I could justify those prices by saying that it's a smaller ballpark than most of the modern stadiums, so they need to charge more per ticket to compete. But fans shouldn't pay that kind of hard-earned money to go watch a team that's not even trying to win games.

My family has been trying to figure out our summer vacation plans and going back to Boston to watch a couple games had been on the short list of options. Given the total lack of effort put forth by the front office this off-season, I think I'll save that trip for another season.

Go to Fenway. It's a great day. That and all the sites of the revolution. The Freedom trail.
And at least Fenway ticket prices aren't as high as Yankee Stadium.

If you've never been to Fenway, I would just go and have a good time.

The Jay's and Diamondbacks made a crazy trade yesterday. Moreno and Gurriel for Varsho. At first I hated it for the Jays but I think I understand their logic even if I don't agree lol. I would have tried to move Kirk instead of Moreno. I don't think Kirk can handle catching full time over his career.
