TAB: The unfinished Missouri Pride and the Mini with the black stem are the unsmokable ones. Both had issues with the cob being chewed up down the side that pretty much ended in a "V" shaped cleft that extended halfway down the bowl

Interesting ruger414. I would still try smoking it just to see how it goes.

All 10 of mine just had minor imperfections. Nothing that would prevent them from being great pipes.

In Ruger's pic the one in the left column opposite the dark wood bowl, it's one of my favorite MM cobs. That little pipe hangs nice and is just the sweetest smoker. Doesn't offer much in bowl capacity but that's just another reason to love it for when you just want a short smoke while out doing some chore or whatnot. A good Virginia pipe IMO.

Settersbrace: That is my favourite as well. I fired it up with a bowl of Orlik Golden Sliced and it was fantastic. It's great for short drives around town. My second favourite is a tie between the one directly below the hardwood and the large one on the top of the left column.
