Y’all should check out the new limited run from missouri meerschaum. I have just put in an order for a bent one. It’s basically a fifth Avenue diplomat I’m supposing but filterless with the acrylic stem . I will definitely let y’all know in thread how it smokes when it arrives(made thread early because I didn’t see one yet and don’t want my homies at pipesmagazine to miss out on this limited run). Almost ordered a country gentleman and some savinelli inserts but this looked too cool to pass up.

Saw that one. A bit small for me and looks a bit Frankensteined. That acrylic stem's a definite deal breaker.

5-6 inches is about my favorite size honestly with how much I will throw my cobs into a backpack and smoke on the go. The acrylic might be a dealbreaker for some but I myself do not clench and I’ve actually felt no need to change the plastic stem on any of my other cobs so while I know it won’t be as nice as the vulcanite on my nicer stuff I think it’ll be a nice addition to my collection of MMs.

Acrylic is no good for clinching?
Oh I have no idea I just figured that since I had heard vulcanite is hardened rubber of some sort it would be harder to scar with your teeth than acrylic or especially plastic and that since the people at Vermont freehand are advertising their vulcanite forever stems quite a bit in advance that they had to be better. Honestly I’ll probably try to practice some clenching myself when the summer comes closer and I’m out and about even more so I’ll see when that time comes if I scar this acrylic.
