Missing Toolbar on Homepage

Title says it. When I go to the homepage to see the pics I have in my album there,the toolbar is gone.

Need some feedback folks.
The toolbar you see at the top of the forum page...Home...My Account...My Blogs...Etc. is also supposed to be at the top of the Home Page. It's gone on my laptop. That means I can't access my photo album.
AM I THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE?

Mine is there on my tablet using chrome.

Moth IE and Chrome work fine here.

I just logged in on Chrome, and same thing happened, no toolbar on Home Page.

mctinner, I have issues similar at times on my laptop. Maybe this will help, maybe not...
Try pointing your cursor at the three little bars in your upper right corner. Cick on it and make sure your 'zoom' is at 100%. There are also tools in there for settings.

That's a puzzler. If it isn't the zoom, I would check to make sure none of your security measures are blocking it or a subdomain.

I click on the "members" tab. Click on your account settings at the top. You should see your pull down menu and be able to access your album then.
