Title edited for caps and meaning. Original title:

"Ope, stumbled in from up nort!"

Morning folks, checking in from the great state of Minnesota, I have done a fair amount of lurking sans signing up and decided it was finally time. Been a long time cigar smoker (still do), but in recent months I have began trying to get into pipe smoking as well and have fallen down the rabbit hole, pretty sure I still haven't hit the bottom yet though...?

Looking forward to expanding my knowledge from those more experienced than I!
From lurking to lunting I hope! Hail from Atlanta, GA!

you have been lunting right? It’s the best…

Weird, I have never heard of this place before! Granted I don't go downtown often, I like hanging out in NE so I am not that far from it.
I don’t blame you for not going downtown much. It sure has changed as of late and not in a good way. That aside it is worth meeting Rich. He’s in the medical arts building. He is well known (and with good reputation) by the greats such as the late Ken Barnes, Ser Jacopo late Giancarlo Guidi, Alberto Mancini, and of course our own Brian Levine just to name a few. When it comes to pipe repair there is none better IMO and he knows a thing or two. At any rate welcome again to the forum.

I hear you. I was back for a funeral last fall. Just driving through the cities on 94/35W the change was shocking. So sad. I used to take the bus downtown MPLS often. My mom worked in the Medical Arts Building for decades and for a couple summers in college I worked downtown in Pillsbury and City Center. It was such a beautiful city.
