Miniature Dr Grabow - Salesman Sample?

Come across this mini DG Have never seen one before in person or on the net. Tried researching them and found nothing.... anyone have any knowledge of these little guys? Full functional and has been used. Adjusti type stem with a pointer stinger. 3 3/4” long. Its Marked Dr Grabow over imported Briar. No names or numbers.

I'm not sure, but it looks like someone may have topped that off at some point to make it that size.

Everything about it is tiny including the stem and spade.

I'm not sure if they made a miniature pipe or salesmen samples. But they do have some pipes that are on the small size.

I have a small Duke that I can barely fit my pinkie finger in the chamber. I'm at work so I don't have access to it, but here is a photo of it in this article that I wrote. As you can see, it's so small that the pipe stand that it's sitting on almost dwarfs it .

Wow, that is a small stem. Not sure. Maybe someone else with more knowledge of Grabow's will chime in.

I've seen these before. Well one. In a Grandfathers pipe collection. The only Grabow in the lot. Also the only pipe in the lot that was not heavily smoked.

Interesting, it does look like a 'miniature' pipe, like just for display or something.
