The other day, I was surfing the net and saw a shot of this grandstand with big bold foreign language and huge missile launches rolling by. As gaudy and cheesey as they looked, only thing keep popping into my head was "ICE CREAM TRUCK!!!"

Those type of guys cannot resist the old dressing up box. I used to laugh at the African versions who had amazing titles like Field Marshal Dr. Bongo Bongo, liberator of Bongo People, Lion of Crapistan, Lord of all things in general, KMG, VC, Iron Cross 1st Class, Boys Scouts Merit Badge. They always have these amazing uniforms modeled on the British ones.
