"You curse too much."As John Wayne's J.B. Books character said in "The Shootist," "Damn!"
I love all their match blends. I’m going to miss them.I have purchased 3 more pounds of Milan's "our" Prince Albert, because morning coffee just wouldn't be the same without it. I had already bought several more pounds of their Sunset Rum and Colonial Pastime. I hope things work out because they are quality people who produce a quality product.
Roanoke. VirginiaI haven't heard them talked about much but I always assumed they were in Milan Italy. Best of luck to them finding a replacement for Sutliff components
What Milan blends do you smoke? They are such good people. I hope they can survive this situation.Roanoke. Virginia
We keep some things under the radar.
I just loaded up heavy on their Appalachian Gold, Reflections, and VA Pride.. those are my fav three... got a pound eachWhat Milan blends do you smoke? They are such good people. I hope they can survive this situation.
I started smoking Milan's "our" Prince Albert after Prince Albert started being made in the Dominican Republic. I believe I like Milan's much better than the original and extremely much better than the recent incarnation. The Bourbon flavor is more pronounced. Colonial Pastime is a wonderful crossover or light English. For a very basic tobacco, Milan's Royal Comfort is very good. If you are a Burley lover Burley 101 and Burley 401 are excellent.Never heard of them but I just bought some “Our” Prince Albert and “Our” Carter Hall.
Looking forward to some “boutique” OTC burly action, in a cob of course.
I spy with my little eye a guy near Myrtle Beach.Sutliff bought from brokers. There are still brokers. Milan can buy from brokers. It comes down to how much processing capability do they have, or want to have.
I sense a business opportunity here to act as an inbetween between wholesale brokers and the "retail" tobacconist market. We'll see if anybody steps into the position.
