Nat, thanks for coming onto the forums. If you take the time to look at this site, you will see a couple things.
1. There are some blenders and companies that do come here and have open discussions.
2. Many of which will take the time to explain incidents and apologize if needed. Most of the time this happens in an open forum so that everyone can benefit from an explanation. Sure there may be a couple PM's that go back and forth but most of the time the parties that be will reach an agreement. Russ is a great example. This is the way internet works.
3. PR firm will tell you that you want to address the problem as openly and quickly as possible so to avoid further speculation and detriment to your business. I would suggest you do the same.
4. As stated above, we value opinions of long time members and posters here. Suddenly we have lots of brand new 1-3 post count people jumping on here, with what I like to call drive-by posts - the ones with titles like "met a master blender" sound suspiciously like gorilla marketing on a forum that clearly has paid advertisement that supports it.
I would suggest you take the time to review this site and its rules, and quite frankly if you're starting a business, consider how you present your website and your communication to the online pipe world.
Thanks again.

Pylorns,

1. The incident in question from Teddy was he ordered a sampler pack from me last Thursday and called Monday evening asking where his package was. I simply told him I was a day behind as I had run out of Latakia and it would be out no later than today, he told me he wanted a refund and hung up on me. He has been refunded and I sent out a sampler pack to him anyways with a letter of apology, which after reading his above comments I don't think I'd like to do business with in the future (long time forum member or not he has been absurd in this matter).
2. I am not positive who the other folks are that have spoken on my behalf but I assure they are not me
3. While I have been blending for many years I have just started to get on the web with my blends. Yes I realize that my site needs some touch up along with my brand in general but I have done everything myself and I am learning as I go.

I had ordered from him in October when his website was still active I got an ounce of Rivendell for my brothers birthday, and the order was paid, but after two weeks of still processing I have gave nat a call, it was him personally and he sounded quite confused as to why I was calling him for, I had to tell him that I had placed an order and when is it going to arrive, he looked in his files and found my invoice and he told me that in 2 weeks because his order of red Virginias had worms on it and that his blends got all ruined, but he told me that he was going to send me an order as soon as he gets everything fix and situated, I had waited an still haven't gotten my order, and now his website no longer running, I think his business was not doing so good and he called it quits, and I had herd from other people that he was always making an excuse as to why the orders weren't coming in on time.
