Well, along with all of the flu things going on with the cruises, this just about does it. You can't smoke on your own balcony? I just can't believe it. Man, what is this world coming to...
Anytime I meet a pipe smoker, I am thrilled like a little kid. I make it my business to go over to the gent (most usually) and try to strike up a conversation. Admittedly, it is very rare unless at a pipe club meeting or some such thing. But when it happens in the street, I try to gently go over and complement the person and tell him how wonderful it smells.
