What? I have an American flag in my yard but it’s for patriotism and respect for the country I fought for and the country my family died for. I don’t understand a lot but good moral values are ingrained in many people across this country. What was I talking about again

Exactly! There are people who call that extremism, or right wing racism.. My point was that displaying American values, can get you labeled as some kind of inconsiderate person. They want you apologize for your values.. They ultimately want that ideology to die.

I would love to put my two cents in, but then this thread would be shut down faster than a tripped mousetrap. I don’t think I would be going too far in saying God Bless America! The 5000 year leap in human societal evolution.

I watched a BBC film last night which showed that in billions or trillions of years the universe will eventually spread so thin that it will essentially freeze. So even if Johnny Cash reaches the other side in his space ship, it'll all eventually end. No more drops of rain for us cowboys. I found that depressing.
The Cold Death of the Universe can practically only be considered speculation, and for it to matter at all we'd need to figure out how to create new stars first.
The Supernova of our Sun is fact.
Worry about the things within your control.
Humanity must become interstellar.

I stopped martial arts early in my 40. My shoulder needed surgery, too many pains in back and joints. Used to love all and every kind of martial arts, more pain, sweat and blood, better. Then there is diabetes. Oh well. Stick around for joy :)
I also have type II diabetes and had had it since 1996. The Neuropathy is a killer, it never stops and it is moving around on me. First it was just the toes, then the feet and ankles. Now I get stabbing pain in my thighs
Their bullshit med gabapentin is absolutely useless. When I went for the test too show where it may be coming from all they told me it was from my back most likely or could be diabetes, or a compb of the two. I let them electrocute me for half an hour and that was their answer. I went to the best Nuerologist in the city and that was their answer.
I called my uncle in R.I who is a doctor and told him my tale of woe and he said, basically you are screwed so get used to it. Gee thanks uncle Pete.
