Always cleaned my Meers and any other pipe right after I smoked it with 2 pipe cleaners. I prefer a clean pipe when I smoke. However, there is something of a dank, delectable appeal of a rank ole

Stop washing your hands. Itâll color.
The problem is that most of you are trying to color it from the inside-out.
Iâm thinking of tossing mine into a can of Granger and letting the exterior soak up those yummy oils.
Iâm only half kidding. I donât know that that wonât actually work.

I strongly suspect that much of the âcolorâ on the bowl of mine is just finger grime, lol. I refuse to handle a pipe with white cotton gloves or any such foolishness. My hands arenât filthy by any means but the meer (like all my pipes) gets handled constantly so it makes sense that some oils on the outside are from fingers. Thatâs fine with me.
